1. Setting LRU/LFU
2. Absolute-time TTL

1. RDB loading will not override LRU bits when RDB file
does not contain the LRU opcode.

maxmemory-policy does not match.

this reduces the extra 8 bytes we save before each pointer.

to our normal runs.
