Adds filter options to CLIENT LIST:
* USER <username>
Return clients authenticated by <username>.
* ADDR <ip:port>
Return clients connected from the specified address.
* LADDR <ip:port>
Return clients connected to the specified local address.
* SKIPME (YES|NO)
Exclude the current client from the list (default: no).
* MAXAGE <maxage>
Only list connections older than the specified age.
Modifies the ID filter to CLIENT KILL to allow multiple IDs
* ID <client-id> [<client-id>...]
Kill connections by client ids.
This makes CLIENT LIST and CLIENT KILL accept the same options.
For backward compatibility, the default value for SKIPME is NO for
CLIENT LIST and YES for CLIENT KILL.
The MAXAGE comes from CLIENT KILL, where it *keeps* clients with the
given max age and kills the older ones. This logic becomes weird for
CLIENT LIST, but is kept for similary with CLIENT KILL, for the use case
of first testing manually using CLIENT LIST, and then running CLIENT
KILL with the same filters.
The `ID client-id [client-id ...]` no longer needs to be the last
filter. The parsing logic determines if an argument is an ID or not
based on whether it can be parsed as an integer or not.

We've had security issues in the past with it, which is why
we marked it as PROTECTED. But, modifying during runtime
is also a dangerous action. For example, when child processes
are running, persistent temp files and log files may have
unexpected effects.
A scenario for modifying dir at runtime is to migrate a disk
failure, such as using disk-based replication to migrate a node,
writing nodes.conf to save the cluster configuration.
We decided to leave it as is and add a note in the conf
about the dangers of modifying dir at runtime.

### Improve expired commands performance with IO threads
#### Background
In our IO threads architecture, IO threads allocate client argv's and
later when we free it after processCommand we offload its free to the IO
threads.
With jemalloc, it's crucial that the same thread that allocates memory
also frees it.
For some commands we modify the client's argv in the main thread during
command processing (for example in `SET EX` command we rewrite the
command to use absolute time for replication propagation).
#### Current issues
1. When commands are rewritten (e.g., expire commands), we store the
original argv
in `c->original_argv`. However, we're currently:
- Freeing new argv (allocated by main thread) in IO threads
- Freeing original argv (allocated by IO threads) in main thread
2. Currently, `c->original_argv` points to new array with old
objects, while `c->argv` has old array with new objects, making memory
free management complicated.
#### Changes
1. Refactored argv modification handling code to ensure consistency -
both array and objects are now either all new or all old
2. Moved original_argv cleanup to happen in resetClient after argv
cleanup
3. Modified IO threads code to properly handle original argv cleanup
when argv are modified.
#### Performance Impact
Benchmark with `SET EX` commands (650 clients, 512 byte value, 8 IO
threads):
- New implementation: **729,548 ops/sec**
- Old implementation: **633,243 ops/sec**
Representing a **~15%** performance improvement due to more efficient
memory handling.

There are several patches in this PR:
* Abstract set/rewrite config bind option: `bind` option is a special
config, `socket` and `tls` are using the same one. However RDMA uses the
similar style but different one. Use a bit abstract work to make it
flexible for both `socket` and `RDMA`. (Even for QUIC in the future.)
* Introduce closeListener for connection type: closing socket by a
simple syscall would be fine, RDMA has complex logic. Introduce
connection type specific close listener method.
* RDMA: Use valkey.conf style instead of module parameters: use
`--rdma-bind` and `--rdma-port` style instead of module parameters. The
module style config `rdma.bind` and `rdma.port` are removed.
* RDMA: Support builtin: support `make BUILD_RDMA=yes`. module style is
still kept for now.

Apparently there is a timing issue when using wait_for_ofs_sync:

The reason is that if the connection between the primary
and the replica is not established yet, the master_repl_offset
of the primary and replica in wait_for_ofs_sync is 0, and
the check fails, resulting in no replica client in the
client list below.
In this case, we need to make sure the replica is online
before proceeding.

In this PR we introduce the main benefit of dual channel replication by
continuously steaming the COB (client output buffers) in parallel to the
RDB and thus keeping the primary's side COB small AND accelerating the
overall sync process. By streaming the replication data to the replica
during the full sync, we reduce
1. Memory load from the primary's node.
2. CPU load from the primary's main process. [Latest performance
tests](#data)
## Motivation
* Reduce primary memory load. We do that by moving the COB tracking to
the replica side. This also decrease the chance for COB overruns. Note
that primary's input buffer limits at the replica side are less
restricted then primary's COB as the replica plays less critical part in
the replication group. While increasing the primary’s COB may end up
with primary reaching swap and clients suffering, at replica side we’re
more at ease with it. Larger COB means better chance to sync
successfully.
* Reduce primary main process CPU load. By opening a new, dedicated
connection for the RDB transfer, child processes can have direct access
to the new connection. Due to TLS connection restrictions, this was not
possible using one main connection. We eliminate the need for the child
process to use the primary's child-proc -> main-proc pipeline, thus
freeing up the main process to process clients queries.
## Dual Channel Replication high level interface design
- Dual channel replication begins when the replica sends a `REPLCONF
CAPA DUALCHANNEL` to the primary during initial
handshake. This is used to state that the replica is capable of dual
channel sync and that this is the replica's main channel, which is not
used for snapshot transfer.
- When replica lacks sufficient data for PSYNC, the primary will send
`-FULLSYNCNEEDED` response instead
of RDB data. As a next step, the replica creates a new connection
(rdb-channel) and configures it against
the primary with the appropriate capabilities and requirements. The
replica then requests a sync
using the RDB channel.
- Prior to forking, the primary sends the replica the snapshot's end
repl-offset, and attaches the replica
to the replication backlog to keep repl data until the replica requests
psync. The replica uses the main
channel to request a PSYNC starting at the snapshot end offset.
- The primary main threads sends incremental changes via the main
channel, while the bgsave process
sends the RDB directly to the replica via the rdb-channel. As for the
replica, the incremental
changes are stored on a local buffer, while the RDB is loaded into
memory.
- Once the replica completes loading the rdb, it drops the
rdb-connection and streams the accumulated incremental
changes into memory. Repl steady state continues normally.

## Explanation
These graphs demonstrate performance improvements during full sync
sessions using rdb-channel + streaming rdb directly from the background
process to the replica.
First graph- with at most 50 clients and light weight commands, we saw
5%-7.5% improvement in write latency during sync session.
Two graphs below- full sync was tested during heavy read commands from
the primary (such as sdiff, sunion on large sets). In that case, the
child process writes to the replica without sharing CPU with the loaded
main process. As a result, this not only improves client response time,
but may also shorten sync time by about 50%. The shorter sync time
results in less memory being used to store replication diffs (>60% in
some of the tested cases).
## Test setup
Both primary and replica in the performance tests ran on the same
machine. RDB size in all tests is 3.7gb. I generated write load using
valkey-benchmark ` ./valkey-benchmark -r 100000 -n 6000000 lpush my_list
__rand_int__`.

This PR optimizes client query buffer handling in Valkey by introducing
a shared query buffer that is used by default for client reads. This
reduces memory usage by ~20KB per client by avoiding allocations for
most clients using short (<16KB) complete commands. For larger or
partial commands, the client still gets its own private buffer.
The primary changes are:
* Adding a shared query buffer `shared_qb` that clients use by default
* Modifying client querybuf initialization and reset logic
* Copying any partial query from shared to private buffer before command
execution
* Freeing idle client query buffers when empty to allow reuse of shared
buffer
* Master client query buffers are kept private as their contents need to
be preserved for replication stream
In addition to the memory savings, this change shows a 3% improvement in
latency and throughput when running with 1000 active clients.
The memory reduction may also help reduce the need to evict clients when
reaching max memory limit, as the query buffer is the main memory
consumer per client.

We already have global stats for input traffic, output traffic and how
many commands have been executed.
However, some users have the difficulty of locating the IP(s) which have
heavy network traffic. So here some stats for single client are
introduced.

tot-net-out // Total network output bytes sent to the client
tot-cmds // Total commands the client has executed
```
These three stats are shown in `CLIENT LIST` and `CLIENT INFO`.
Though the metrics are handled in hot paths of the code, personally I
don't think it will slow down the server. Considering all other complex
operations handled nearby, this is only a small and simple operation.
However we do need to be cautious when adding more and more metrics, as
discussed in redis/redis#12640, we may need to find a way to tell
whether this has obvious performance degradation.

Redis has some special commands that mark the client's state, such as
`subscribe` and `blpop`, which mark the client as `CLIENT_PUBSUB` or
`CLIENT_BLOCKED`, and we have metrics for the special use cases.
However, there are also other special commands, like `WATCH`, which
although do not have a specific flags, and should also be considered
stateful client types. For stateful clients, in many scenarios, the
connections cannot be shared in "connection pool", meaning connection
pool cannot be used. For example, whenever the `WATCH` command is
executed, a new connection is required to put the client into the "watch
state" because the watched keys are stored in the client.
If different business logic requires watching different keys, separate
connections must be used; otherwise, there will be contamination. This
also means that if a user's business heavily relies on the `WATCH`
command, a large number of connections will be required.
Recently we have encountered this situation in our platform, where some
users consume a significant number of connections when using Redis
because of `WATCH`.
I hope we can have a way to observe these special use cases and special
client connections. Here I add a few monitoring metrics:
1. `watching_clients` in `INFO` reply: The number of clients currently
in the "watching" state.
2. `total_watched_keys` in `INFO` reply: The total number of keys being
watched.
3. `watch` in `CLIENT LIST` reply: The number of keys each client is
currently watching.
This test fails occasionally:

This test is very likely to do a false positive if the execute time
takes longer than the max age, for example, if the execution time
between sleep and kill exceeds 1s, rd2 will also be killed due to
the max age.
The test can adjust the order of execution statements to increase
the probability of passing, but this is still will be a timing issue
in some slow machines, so decided give it a few more chances.
The test was introduced in #12299.
Adds an ability to kill clients older than a specified age.
Also, fixed the age calculation in `catClientInfoString` to use
`commandTimeSnapshot`
instead of the old `server.unixtime`, and added missing documentation
for
`CLIENT KILL ID` to output of `CLIENT help`.

The following four configurations are renamed to align with Redis style:
1. server_cpulist renamed to server-cpulist
2. bio_cpulist renamed to bio-cpulist
3. aof_rewrite_cpulist renamed to aof-rewrite-cpulist
4. bgsave_cpulist renamed to bgsave-cpulist
The original names are retained as aliases to ensure compatibility with
old configuration files. We recommend users to gradually transition to
using the new configuration names to maintain consistency in style.
In our test case, now we missed some test coverage for client sub-commands.
This pr goal is to add some test coverage cases of the following commands:
Client caching
Client kill
Client no-evict
Client pause
Client reply
Client tracking
Client setname
At the very least, this is useful to make sure there are no leaks and crashes in these code paths.
Observed that the sanitizer reported memory leak as clean up is not done
before the process termination in negative/following cases:

In order to speed up tests, avoid saving an RDB (mostly notable on shutdown),
except for tests that explicitly test the RDB mechanism
In addition, use `shutdown-on-sigterm force` to prevetn shutdown from failing
in case the server is in the middle of the initial AOFRW
Also a a test that checks that the `shutdown-on-sigterm default` is to refuse
shutdown if there's an initial AOFRW

This PR allows clients to send information about the client library to redis
to be displayed in CLIENT LIST and CLIENT INFO.
Currently supports:
`CLIENT [lib-name | lib-ver] <value>`
Client libraries are expected to pipeline these right after AUTH, and ignore
the failure in case they're talking to an older version of redis.
These will be shown in CLIENT LIST and CLIENT INFO as:
* `lib-name` - meant to hold the client library name.
* `lib-ver` - meant to hold the client library version.
The values cannot contain spaces, newlines and any wild ASCII characters,
but all other normal chars are accepted, e.g `.`, `=` etc (same as CLIENT NAME).
The RESET command does NOT clear these, but they can be cleared to the
default by sending a command with a blank string.

This bug seems to be there forever, CLIENT REPLY OFF|SKIP will
mark the client with CLIENT_REPLY_OFF or CLIENT_REPLY_SKIP flags.
With these flags, prepareClientToWrite called by addReply* will
return C_ERR directly. So the client can't receive the Pub/Sub
messages and any other push notifications, e.g client side tracking.
In this PR, we adding a CLIENT_PUSHING flag, disables the reply
silencing flags. When adding push replies, set the flag, after the reply,
clear the flag. Then add the flag check in prepareClientToWrite.

Since ironing the details of the reply schema of each and every command can take a long time, we
would like to merge this PR when the infrastructure is ready, and let this mature in the unstable branch.
Meanwhile the changes of this PR are internal, they are part of the repo, but do not affect the produced build.

2. It should be possible, based on the output of COMMAND, to be able to generate client code in typed
languages. In order to do that, we need Redis to tell us, in detail, what each reply looks like.
3. We would like to build a fuzzer that verifies the reply structure (for now we use the existing
testsuite, see the "Testing" section)
### Schema
The idea is to supply some sort of schema for the various replies of each command.
The schema will describe the conceptual structure of the reply (for generated clients), as defined in RESP3.
Note that the reply structure itself may change, depending on the arguments (e.g. `XINFO STREAM`, with
and without the `FULL` modifier)
We decided to use the standard json-schema (see https://json-schema.org/) as the reply-schema.
Example for `BZPOPMIN`:

#### Notes
1. It is ok that some commands' reply structure depends on the arguments and it's the caller's responsibility
to know which is the relevant one. this comes after looking at other request-reply systems like OpenAPI,
where the reply schema can also be oneOf and the caller is responsible to know which schema is the relevant one.
2. The reply schemas will describe RESP3 replies only. even though RESP3 is structured, we want to use reply
schema for documentation (and possibly to create a fuzzer that validates the replies)
3. For documentation, the description field will include an explanation of the scenario in which the reply is sent,
including any relation to arguments. for example, for `ZRANGE`'s two schemas we will need to state that one
is with `WITHSCORES` and the other is without.
4. For documentation, there will be another optional field "notes" in which we will add a short description of
the representation in RESP2, in case it's not trivial (RESP3's `ZRANGE`'s nested array vs. RESP2's flat
array, for example)
Given the above:
1. We can generate the "return" section of all commands in [redis-doc](https://redis.io/commands/)
(given that "description" and "notes" are comprehensive enough)
2. We can generate a client in a strongly typed language (but the return type could be a conceptual
`union` and the caller needs to know which schema is relevant). see the section below for RESP2 support.
3. We can create a fuzzer for RESP3.
### Limitations (because we are using the standard json-schema)
The problem is that Redis' replies are more diverse than what the json format allows. This means that,
when we convert the reply to a json (in order to validate the schema against it), we lose information (see
the "Testing" section below).
The other option would have been to extend the standard json-schema (and json format) to include stuff
like sets, bulk-strings, error-string, etc. but that would mean also extending the schema-validator - and that
seemed like too much work, so we decided to compromise.
Examples:
1. We cannot tell the difference between an "array" and a "set"
2. We cannot tell the difference between simple-string and bulk-string
3. we cannot verify true uniqueness of items in commands like ZRANGE: json-schema doesn't cover the
case of two identical members with different scores (e.g. `[["m1",6],["m1",7]]`) because `uniqueItems`
compares (member,score) tuples and not just the member name.
### Testing
This commit includes some changes inside Redis in order to verify the schemas (existing and future ones)
are indeed correct (i.e. describe the actual response of Redis).
To do that, we added a debugging feature to Redis that causes it to produce a log of all the commands
it executed and their replies.
For that, Redis needs to be compiled with `-DLOG_REQ_RES` and run with
`--reg-res-logfile <file> --client-default-resp 3` (the testsuite already does that if you run it with
`--log-req-res --force-resp3`)
You should run the testsuite with the above args (and `--dont-clean`) in order to make Redis generate
`.reqres` files (same dir as the `stdout` files) which contain request-response pairs.
These files are later on processed by `./utils/req-res-log-validator.py` which does:
1. Goes over req-res files, generated by redis-servers, spawned by the testsuite (see logreqres.c)
2. For each request-response pair, it validates the response against the request's reply_schema
(obtained from the extended COMMAND DOCS)
5. In order to get good coverage of the Redis commands, and all their different replies, we chose to use
the existing redis test suite, rather than attempt to write a fuzzer.
#### Notes about RESP2
1. We will not be able to use the testing tool to verify RESP2 replies (we are ok with that, it's time to
accept RESP3 as the future RESP)
2. Since the majority of the test suite is using RESP2, and we want the server to reply with RESP3
so that we can validate it, we will need to know how to convert the actual reply to the one expected.
- number and boolean are always strings in RESP2 so the conversion is easy
- objects (maps) are always a flat array in RESP2
- others (nested array in RESP3's `ZRANGE` and others) will need some special per-command
handling (so the client will not be totally auto-generated)

Following the discussion over the issue [#7551](https://github.com/redis/redis/issues/7551)
We decided to refactor the client blocking code to eliminate some of the code duplications
and to rebuild the infrastructure better for future key blocking cases.
*In this PR*
---------------------------------------
1. reprocess the command once a client becomes unblocked on key (instead of running
custom code for the unblocked path that's different than the one that would have run if
blocking wasn't needed)
2. eliminate some (now) irrelevant code for handling unblocking lists/zsets/streams etc...
3. modify some tests to intercept the error in cases of error on reprocess after unblock (see
details in the notes section below)
4. replace '$' on the client argv with current stream id. Since once we reprocess the stream
XREAD we need to read from the last msg and not wait for new msg in order to prevent
endless block loop.
5. Added statistics to the info "Clients" section to report the:
* `total_blocking_keys` - number of blocking keys
* `total_blocking_keys_on_nokey` - number of blocking keys which have at least 1 client
which would like
to be unblocked on when the key is deleted.
6. Avoid expiring unblocked key during unblock. Previously we used to lookup the unblocked key
which might have been expired during the lookup. Now we lookup the key using NOTOUCH and
NOEXPIRE to avoid deleting it at this point, so propagating commands in blocked.c is no longer needed.
7. deprecated command flags. We decided to remove the CMD_CALL_STATS and CMD_CALL_SLOWLOG
and make an explicit verification in the call() function in order to decide if stats update should take place.
This should simplify the logic and also mitigate existing issues: for example module calls which are
triggered as part of AOF loading might still report stats even though they are called during AOF loading.
*Behavior changes*
---------------------------------------------------
1. As this implementation prevents writing dedicated code handling unblocked streams/lists/zsets,
since we now re-process the command once the client is unblocked some errors will be reported differently.
The old implementation used to issue
``UNBLOCKED the stream key no longer exists``
in the following cases:
- The stream key has been deleted (ie. calling DEL)
- The stream and group existed but the key type was changed by overriding it (ie. with set command)
- The key not longer exists after we swapdb with a db which does not contains this key
- After swapdb when the new db has this key but with different type.
In the new implementation the reported errors will be the same as if the command was processed after effect:
**NOGROUP** - in case key no longer exists, or **WRONGTYPE** in case the key was overridden with a different type.
2. Reprocessing the command means that some checks will be reevaluated once the
client is unblocked.
For example, ACL rules might change since the command originally was executed and
will fail once the client is unblocked.
Another example is OOM condition checks which might enable the command to run and
block but fail the command reprocess once the client is unblocked.
3. One of the changes in this PR is that no command stats are being updated once the
command is blocked (all stats will be updated once the client is unblocked). This implies
that when we have many clients blocked, users will no longer be able to get that information
from the command stats. However the information can still be gathered from the client list.
**Client blocking**
---------------------------------------------------
the blocking on key will still be triggered the same way as it is done today.
in order to block the current client on list of keys, the call to
blockForKeys will still need to be made which will perform the same as it is today:
* add the client to the list of blocked clients on each key
* keep the key with a matching list node (position in the global blocking clients list for that key)
in the client private blocking key dict.
* flag the client with CLIENT_BLOCKED
* update blocking statistics
* register the client on the timeout table
**Key Unblock**
---------------------------------------------------
Unblocking a specific key will be triggered (same as today) by calling signalKeyAsReady.
the implementation in that part will stay the same as today - adding the key to the global readyList.
The reason to maintain the readyList (as apposed to iterating over all clients blocked on the specific key)
is in order to keep the signal operation as short as possible, since it is called during the command processing.
The main change is that instead of going through a dedicated code path that operates the blocked command
we will just call processPendingCommandsAndResetClient.
**ClientUnblock (keys)**
---------------------------------------------------
1. Unblocking clients on keys will be triggered after command is
processed and during the beforeSleep

which will queue the client for processing in moduleUnblockedClients list.
**Process Unblocked clients**

The process of all unblocked clients is done in the beforeSleep and no change is planned
in that part.
The general schema will be:
For each client *c* in server.unblocked_clients:
* remove client from the server.unblocked_clients
* set back the client readHandler
* continue processing the pending command and input buffer.
*Some notes regarding the new implementation*
---------------------------------------------------
1. Although it was proposed, it is currently difficult to remove the
read handler from the client while it is blocked.
The reason is that a blocked client should be unblocked when it is
disconnected, or we might consume data into void.
2. While this PR mainly keep the current blocking logic as-is, there
might be some future additions to the infrastructure that we would
like to have:
- allow non-preemptive blocking of client - sometimes we can think
that a new kind of blocking can be expected to not be preempt. for
example lets imagine we hold some keys on disk and when a command
needs to process them it will block until the keys are uploaded.
in this case we will want the client to not disconnect or be
unblocked until the process is completed (remove the client read
handler, prevent client timeout, disable unblock via debug command etc...).
- allow generic blocking based on command declared keys - we might
want to add a hook before command processing to check if any of the
declared keys require the command to block. this way it would be
easier to add new kinds of key-based blocking mechanisms.

Both functions and eval are marked as "no-monitor", since we want to explicitly feed in the script command before the commands generated by the script. Note that we want this behavior generally, so that commands can redact arguments before being added to the monitor.
Introduce socket `shutdown()` into connection type, and use it
on normal socket if a fork is active. This allows us to close
client connections when there are child processes sharing the
file descriptors.
Fixes#10077. The reason is that since the `fork()` child is holding
the file descriptors, the `close` in `unlinkClient -> connClose`
isn't sufficient. The client will not realize that the connection is
disconnected until the child process ends.
Let's try to be conservative and only use shutdown when the fork is active.
When calling CLIENT INFO/LIST, and in various debug prints, Redis is printing
the number of pubsub channels / patterns the client is subscribed to.
With the addition of sharded pubsub, it would be useful to print the number of
keychannels the client is subscribed to as well.
This commit has two topics.
## Passing config name and value in the same arg
In #10660 (Redis 7.0.1), when we supported the config values that can start with `--` prefix (one of the two topics of that PR),
we broke another pattern: `redis-server redis.config "name value"`, passing both config name
and it's value in the same arg, see #10865
This wasn't a intended change (i.e we didn't realize this pattern used to work).
Although this is a wrong usage, we still like to fix it.
Now we support something like:

src/redis-server redis.conf "--maxmemory '700mb'" "--maxmemory-policy volatile-lru" --proc-title-template --my--title--template --loglevel verbose
```
## Changes around --save
Also in this PR, we undo the breaking change we made in #10660 on purpose.
1. `redis-server redis.conf --save --loglevel verbose` (missing `save` argument before anotehr argument).
In 7.0.1, it was throwing an wrong arg error.
Now it will work and reset the save, similar to how it used to be in 7.0.0 and 6.2.x.
3. `redis-server redis.conf --loglevel verbose --save` (missing `save` argument as last argument).
In 6.2, it did not reset the save, which was a bug (inconsistent with the previous bullet).
Now we will make it work and reset the save as well (a bug fix).
Redis 7 adds some new alias config like `hash-max-listpack-entries` alias `hash-max-ziplist-entries`.
If a config file contains both real name and alias like this:

hash-max-ziplist-entries 20
```
after set `hash-max-listpack-entries` to 100 and `config rewrite`, the config file becomes to:

hash-max-listpack-entries 100
hash-max-ziplist-entries 20
```
we can see that the alias config is not modified, and users will get wrong config after restart.
6.0 and 6.2 doesn't have this bug, since they only have the `slave` word alias.

A regression from #10285 (redis 7.0).
CONFIG REWRITE would put lines with: `include`, `rename-command`,
`user`, `loadmodule`, and any module specific config in a comment.
For ACL `user`, `loadmodule` and module specific configs would be
re-inserted at the end (instead of updating existing lines), so the only
implication is a messy config file full of comments.
But for `rename-command` and `include`, the implication would be that
they're now missing, so a server restart would lose them.

## Take one bulk string with spaces for MULTI_ARG configs parsing
Currently redis-server looks for arguments that start with `--`,
and anything in between them is considered arguments for the config.
like: `src/redis-server --shutdown-on-sigint nosave force now --port 6380`
MULTI_ARG configs behave differently for CONFIG command, vs the command
line argument for redis-server.
i.e. CONFIG command takes one bulk string with spaces in it, while the
command line takes an argv array with multiple values.
In this PR, in config.c, if `argc > 1` we can take them as is,
and if the config is a `MULTI_ARG` and `argc == 1`, we will split it by spaces.
So both of these will be the same:

redis-server --shutdown-on-sigint nosave "force now" --shutdown-on-sigterm nosave force

## Allow options value to use the `--` prefix
Currently it decides to switch to the next config, as soon as it sees `--`,
even if there was not a single value provided yet to the last config,
this makes it impossible to define a config value that has `--` prefix in it.
For instance, if we want to set the logfile to `--my--log--file`,
like `redis-server --logfile --my--log--file --loglevel verbose`,
current code will handle that incorrectly.
In this PR, now we allow a config value that has `--` prefix in it.
**But note that** something like `redis-server --some-config --config-value1 --config-value2 --loglevel debug`
would not work, because if you want to pass a value to a config starting with `--`, it can only be a single value.
like: `redis-server --some-config "--config-value1 --config-value2" --loglevel debug`
An example (using `--` prefix config value):

### Potentially breaking change
`redis-server --save --loglevel verbose` used to work the same as `redis-server --save "" --loglevel verbose`
now, it'll error!
Unintentional change in #9644 (since RC1) meant that an empty `--save ""` config
from command line, wouldn't have clear any setting from the config file
Added tests to cover that, and improved test infra to take additional
command line args for redis-server
The SHUTDOWN command has various flags to change it's default behavior,
but in some cases establishing a connection to redis is complicated and it's easier
for the management software to use signals. however, so far the signals could only
trigger the default shutdown behavior.
Here we introduce the option to control shutdown arguments for SIGTERM and SIGINT.
New config options:
`shutdown-on-sigint [nosave | save] [now] [force]`
`shutdown-on-sigterm [nosave | save] [now] [force]`
Implementation:
Support MULTI_ARG_CONFIG on createEnumConfig to support multiple enums to be applied as bit flags.

Add a configuration option to attach an operating system-specific identifier to Redis sockets, supporting advanced network configurations using iptables (Linux) or ipfw (FreeBSD).
By the convention of errors, there is supposed to be a space between the code and the name.
While looking at some lua stuff I noticed that interpreter errors were not adding the space,
so some clients will try to map the detailed error message into the error.
We have tests that hit this condition, but they were just checking that the string "starts" with ERR.
I updated some other tests with similar incorrect string checking. This isn't complete though, as
there are other ways we check for ERR I didn't fix.
Produces some fun output like:
