Correct RDB_EOF_MARK_SIZE usage where EOF mark is relevant (#925)

In these places we should use RDB_EOF_MARK_SIZE, but we mixed
it with CONFIG_RUN_ID_SIZE. This is not an issue since they are
all 40, just a cleanup.
